Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of management experience
- minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- availability to work a predominately Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evenings and no weekends
- ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff
- strong kitchen management skills including menu planning, production oversight, and food cost control
- commitment to safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
