Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • availability to work a predominately Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evenings and no weekends
  • ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff
  • strong kitchen management skills including menu planning, production oversight, and food cost control
  • commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong kitchen management skills
  • experience leading culinary teams in corporate, hospitality, or upscale dining settings
  • ability to craft elevated dining experiences
  • commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Design and execute inspired menu offerings that delight guests
  • lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of cooks
