As the Executive Chef, you will curate the market experience by sourcing fresh and seasonal ingredients and creating a high-quality menu that continuously excites and delights guests. You will also master kitchen economics, managing food supply flow efficiently and optimizing resources to ensure a smart and profitable operation. Leading and mentoring your kitchen crew is essential as you foster a culture of culinary excellence and innovation. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, or institutional services
- excellent leadership abilities
- strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols
- ability to manage food costs and supplies efficiently
- passion for food innovation and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years management experience in culinary services
- at least 1 year of functional experience working in food or culinary services such as restaurants, catering, or institutional services
- strong leadership and team-building skills
