Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • at least two years of management experience
  • minimum one year of relevant culinary or food service experience
  • passion for culinary arts and creativity
  • knowledge of food safety sanitation and workplace safety compliance
  • experience or interest in high-end catering preferred
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years of management experience
  • minimum one year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
  • culinary degree desired
  • certified executive chef (cec) preferred

Job Duties

  • manage the food production for residents with a strong focus on residents well-being
  • demonstrate experience supervising a culinary team and possess a hands-on innovative leadership approach to management
  • oversee the food service operations budget
  • build strong client relationships while meeting the expectation of the client as well as Sodexo
  • ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards
  • coordinate high-volume catering services
  • develop and implement innovative menus and food programs
