Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- at least two years of management experience
- minimum one year of relevant culinary or food service experience
- passion for culinary arts and creativity
- knowledge of food safety sanitation and workplace safety compliance
- experience or interest in high-end catering preferred
- bilingual skills a plus
Job Qualifications

- minimum two years of management experience
- minimum one year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- culinary degree desired
- certified executive chef (cec) preferred
Job Duties
- manage the food production for residents with a strong focus on residents well-being
- demonstrate experience supervising a culinary team and possess a hands-on innovative leadership approach to management
- oversee the food service operations budget
- build strong client relationships while meeting the expectation of the client as well as Sodexo
- ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards
- coordinate high-volume catering services
- develop and implement innovative menus and food programs
