Job Requirements

- Ability to lead and train a culinary team

Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with menu development and food safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Develop and execute innovative, nutritious, and appealing menus tailored to resident preferences and dietary needs
- Ensure rigorous food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met and exceeded
- Lead, mentor, and engage culinary and utility staff to foster a positive, resident-focused culture
- Plan and execute special events and chef dinners, providing elevated dining experiences that delight residents and guests
- Collaborate closely with wellness and care teams to support resident health and satisfaction
- Manage inventory, budget, and vendor relationships to optimize operational efficiency and quality
