Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to coach, mentor and engage frontline culinary team
- Prior experience working in a high-volume facility
- Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)
Job Qualifications

- Strong culinary background with a passion for food and innovation
- Experience with contract management company
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)
Job Duties
- Provide culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management and training
- Work directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution
- Execute the culinary function
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction
- Manage food and physical safety program
