Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to coach, mentor and engage frontline culinary team
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume facility
  • Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • Strong culinary background with a passion for food and innovation
  • Experience with contract management company
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)

Job Duties

  • Provide culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management and training
  • Work directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution
  • Execute the culinary function
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction
  • Manage food and physical safety program
