Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- three plus years of relevant experience in sales, casino, or loyalty marketing
- proficiency in Salesforce, CMS, Tableau, MS Office
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- ability to travel within 2-4 hours by vehicle and occasional air travel
- ability to obtain necessary gaming and vendor permits
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong decision-making and customer service skills
- ability to make 60 plus telephone calls per day
- able to work both remotely and on-site
- physical ability to lift 25 pounds and maneuver casino premises
- must maintain professional appearance and hygiene
- understanding of customer service and sales processes
- must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- available to work flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- BSBA preferred
- three plus years of experience in sales, casino, or loyalty marketing
- proficiency in Salesforce SMART, CMS, Tableau, and MS Office

Job Duties
- Seeks new players by actively promoting on properties, at in-market events, and sourcing locally
- proactively reaches out to guests likely to elevate play to VIP level
- manages all aspects of guests' accounts for casino play and cross-market sales
- develops and maintains guest relationships through personal outreach, email, telemarketing, and texts
- participates in department and company initiatives to drive sales and revenue
- mentors and shares information with on-property teams
- multitasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced environment
- develops VIP strategies with leadership to maximize revenue and retention
- delivers personalized service to exceed guest expectations
- hosts guests at social events and promotions
- handles difficult situations professionally
- assists guests with account and wagering support
- anticipates and meets player needs including transportation and accommodations
- communicates timely and accurate information to guests and co-workers
- manages VIP communications in one-on-one and group settings
- uses technology platforms to provide VIP treatment
- coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to advance VIP efforts
- reports successes and challenges to supervisors
- leverages partnerships across property departments for service delivery
- holds comping authority
- creates new VIP promotions and initiatives
- evaluates and improves service delivery systems
