Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon their arrival
- Efficiently manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate information collection and issuance of visitor badges
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s values
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conference room reservations, food or beverages, as required, and travel reservations
- Maintain and update visitor logs, databases, and records
- Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Track and replenish general office supplies
- Order and maintain inventory of company-logo apparel
- Contribute to the overall office organization and cleanliness
- Provide Administrative support to Managing Director
- Handle expense reports for Managing Director utilizing Concur
- Assist Accounts Receivable with cash applications: posting payments received from banks, handle collections on smaller accounts
