Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon their arrival
  • Efficiently manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate information collection and issuance of visitor badges
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s values
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conference room reservations, food or beverages, as required, and travel reservations
  • Maintain and update visitor logs, databases, and records
  • Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Track and replenish general office supplies
  • Order and maintain inventory of company-logo apparel
  • Contribute to the overall office organization and cleanliness
  • Provide Administrative support to Managing Director
  • Handle expense reports for Managing Director utilizing Concur
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with cash applications: posting payments received from banks, handle collections on smaller accounts
