  • 5+ years experience supporting a demanding CEO or founder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and productivity tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
  • Ability to manage complex logistics
  • Emotional intelligence and tact
  • Willingness to work some evenings or weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Advanced education or business exposure is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage the CEO's time with strategic calendar control, travel logistics, and meeting prep
  • Filter and route high-volume communications with judgment and clarity
  • Draft, edit, and manage high-stakes correspondence and internal documents
  • Join critical meetings to take notes, follow up, and ensure accountability
  • Anticipate needs before they arise such as calendar conflicts and deliverable deadlines
  • Create systems to track key priorities, meeting outputs, and action items
  • Own complex travel, hospitality, and personal logistics with concierge-level precision
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Operate with speed, accuracy, and a mindset of service and problem-solving
