The role of Executive Assistant, Marketing & Sales at Emmi Roth is vital to the smooth running of the commercial team and the broader organizational goals. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for managing trade show logistics, from booth setup to vendor coordination and travel arrangements. This role extends into event planning and execution, overseeing venue sourcing, agenda development, material consolidation, and budget management for key meetings and large-scale events such as annual sales meetings and team training.

To succeed at Emmi Roth, the candidate must bring 4-7+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally with exposure to event planning and marketing or sales support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills are essential. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional employee wellness programs.
