Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five years of progressively responsible administrative experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom
- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- familiarity with academic administrative environments preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of two years progressively responsible administrative experience or five years of progressively responsible administrative experience
- significant experience with Zoom and Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- familiarity with Adobe Acrobat preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- proficiency in word processing applications, spreadsheets, and databases
- ability to work independently and as a team member
- strong problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manage calendar for the Associate Vice President of Finance and other executive leaders as required
- schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
- coordinate travel arrangements as needed
- serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of National Laboratories
- triage emails and telephone calls to respond to inquiries
- manage office supply inventory and execute expense reports
- assume responsibility for a variety of special projects
- provide general administrative support and backup assistance for other key staff
