Job Requirements
- Pass Oregon criminal history background check
- be eligible to drive agency vehicles
- ability to manage repetitive motion tasks such as computer use
- capability to perform close visual acuity tasks including data preparation, analysis, and extensive computer reading
- occasional travel for offsite meetings and events
- commitment to ethical compliance and client confidentiality
- eligible to work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional early or late hours
Job Qualifications
- Degree in social work, business, public policy, planning and management or related field or equivalent experience
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- effective communication and negotiation skills
- strong collaboration and leadership abilities
- scheduling and time management expertise
- critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ability to handle confidential information
- proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and documents
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to executive directors and senior staff
- manage executive schedules and coordinate meetings
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials
- organize and prioritize administrative tasks
- assist with risk management and compliance activities
- facilitate communication within the agency
- use technology for email, spreadsheets, and document management
