Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to FOH staff including both federal employees and contractor staff
  • Maintain office files for assigned work and ensure information is readily available for retrieval
  • Type a variety of memorandums, letters, reports and other documents using Microsoft applications
  • Coordinate and implement a broad range of duties vital to FOH operations including secretarial, receptionist, and clerical tasks
  • Manage office equipment operations and administration
  • Plan conferences and meetings, coordinate travel support and handle information and data processing including generating reports
  • Manage mail distribution, photocopying, faxing, records management, telecommunications, facility usage, space issues, and supply distribution and preparation and analysis
