Job Description
Accurex, a division of the Greenheck Group, is an industry leader specializing in foodservice ventilation solutions. With a strong culture grounded in empowerment, collaboration, and integrity, Accurex drives innovation and growth to remain a premier provider for commercial kitchen ventilation needs. Their comprehensive product range includes kitchen hoods, exhaust fans, dedicated make-up air, packaged rooftop units, controls, variable volume systems, fire suppression, utility distribution, and more. Accurex is recognized for delivering full-service solutions tailored to complex kitchen ventilation requirements for restaurants, national chains, and critical foodservice operations. The company’s commitment to inventive design and manufacturing has established them as a trusted source for cutting-edge ventilation technologies and systems.
As an Accurex Executive Account Manager, you will be given an exceptional opportunity to lead and develop a sales territory encompassing the Phoenix, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada regions. This role offers the flexibility to be based in any city within the assigned territory, predominantly working from a home office with travel as required. You will oversee a sales territory office and mentor Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to cultivate a cohesive and high-performing team. The position requires guiding efforts to manage and grow the sales territory by achieving sales targets, meeting customer expectations, and maximizing order volume and profitability. You will build and maintain robust business relationships with key customers using your extensive knowledge of the Greenheck Group’s products, applications, and CAPS software.
Your role will be critical in listening to customer needs and providing innovative, cost-effective ventilation solutions. You will be responsible for selling and promoting a wide array of Greenheck products tailored to customer requirements. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase sales effectiveness is central to this position, with a focus on expanding new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer partnerships. You will provide accurate product quotes to engineering and purchasing teams, maintain ongoing customer contact, and resolve any issues efficiently. Collaboration with internal business unit members and the inside sales team ensures clarity in product offerings, order information, and design requests.
The Executive Account Manager will actively seek out purchasing decision-makers to foster meaningful business relationships and promote the company’s product and service capabilities internally. There are also opportunities to engage in contract negotiations, provide technical and application assistance to consultants, and participate in industry trade shows to stay abreast of market trends. This role emphasizes leadership as you mentor fellow sales professionals and support efforts to identify and develop new business cases.
The compensation package for this role is highly competitive, featuring a base salary plus commission with an anticipated total annual compensation range from $80,000 to $308,000, reflecting factors such as experience and performance. Greenheck Group also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health and family support, financial security, learning and development, rewards and recognition, wellbeing initiatives, work-life balance, and other perks. Embrace a career with Accurex that aligns your professional growth with innovative products, a supportive culture, and a fast-growing company dedicated to excellence in the foodservice ventilation industry.
