Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum of one year of office experience preferably in a medium to large corporate environment
- receptionist, switchboard, or administrative assistant experience preferred
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- intermediate computer skills required

Job Duties
- Greet employees, visitors, customers, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- accept deliveries, sort mail, and maintain up-to-date phone lists
- assist with additional administrative projects as assigned
- handle sensitive or confidential documents and information with discretion
- support an executive team administrative environment
