Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety and food safety standards
- Maintain brand consistency in service and product execution
- Create a guest-focused culture within the restaurant
- Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of restaurant team members
- Coach team members to enhance sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for improvement
- Facilitate new product rollouts, including training and marketing
- Manage costs to maximize profitability
- Conduct regular restaurant inventories and financial reporting
- Schedule staff adequately to meet operational demands
- Manage vendor orders efficiently
- Perform self-assessments and develop corresponding action plans
- Achieve budgetary goals set by the franchise
- Communicate priorities, goals, and results clearly with the team
- Be hands-on with all team members' responsibilities when needed
- Facilitate team meetings and training sessions
- Review and assess employee performance regularly
