Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety and food safety standards
  • Maintain brand consistency in service and product execution
  • Create a guest-focused culture within the restaurant
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of restaurant team members
  • Coach team members to enhance sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for improvement
  • Facilitate new product rollouts, including training and marketing
  • Manage costs to maximize profitability
  • Conduct regular restaurant inventories and financial reporting
  • Schedule staff adequately to meet operational demands
  • Manage vendor orders efficiently
  • Perform self-assessments and develop corresponding action plans
  • Achieve budgetary goals set by the franchise
  • Communicate priorities, goals, and results clearly with the team
  • Be hands-on with all team members' responsibilities when needed
  • Facilitate team meetings and training sessions
  • Review and assess employee performance regularly
