Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of hospital environmental services experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- good communication skills
- familiarity with healthcare safety standards including HIPAA
- physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
- ability to operate basic computer systems
- willingness to participate in monthly training
- adherence to hospital dress code and professional behavior
- ability to respond quickly to requests and safety concerns

- Two years hospital EVS experience preferred

Job Duties
- Conducts a complete clean of patient and treatment rooms
- cleaning of offices and nursing stations
- cleaning of restrooms, tub rooms, utility rooms, nourishment rooms, showers, and fixtures
- mopping and vacuuming of assigned areas
- terminal cleaning and isolation rooms
- responds to all calls for their assigned areas
- implements the 7 step cleaning procedures
