Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in environmental services or housekeeping preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other assigned areas
- Perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing and walking for extended periods
- Sweep, mop, vacuum carpets and clean other types of floor surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
