Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting bending standing and walking for extended periods

- Previous experience in environmental services or custodial work is a plus
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Ability to maintain a professional neat and well-groomed appearance
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. service basics and exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure quality and cleanliness in casino public areas offices restrooms and other required areas
- Perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting bending standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Sweep mop vacuum carpets and clean other types of floor surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in all areas
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
