Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use

- Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a high-volume property preferred
- Prior experience in a resort or casino environment preferred
Job Duties
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of WarHorse Gaming in daily operations
- Supervise EVS attendants and porters, assigning duties and inspecting work for quality and compliance with standards
- Conduct daily inspections of public spaces, offices, stairwells, hallways, and VIP areas
- Ensure cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment are used properly and kept clean
- Coordinate and inspect preventative maintenance and general cleaning projects
- Submit and follow up on work orders with the Facilities Department
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings with EVS team members
- Investigate guest or staff complaints related to EVS services and implement corrective action
- Issue supplies and monitor usage for efficiency and cost control
- Train and monitor new hires, ensuring safe and effective performance within regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and paperwork related to operations
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of departmental chemicals, cleaning products, and equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
