Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired but not required
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on day shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning duties
- Ability to follow the Seven Step Cleaning procedure
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, healthful, and pleasant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired but not required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures accurately
- Basic understanding of infection control practices
- Good communication skills for interacting with internal contacts
- Ability to work full-time during day shifts including every other weekend
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas using the Seven Step Cleaning procedure
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- High dust and damp wipe horizontal surfaces with germicidal cleaner
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms regularly
- Dust mop and wet mop floors to maintain cleanliness
- Inspect rooms thoroughly to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
- Assist indirectly in providing patient care by ensuring a safe and healthful environment
