Employees at Stryker benefit from a comprehensive total rewards package that includes bonuses, healthcare coverage, insurance benefits, retirement programs, wellness initiatives, and various social and recreational activities tailored to local locations.
The Events Warehouse Coordinator position within the Instruments team at Stryker offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management and distribution of medical materials essential for events. This full-time role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and provides an hourly wage starting at $23.90 plus bonus eligibility and extensive benefits. The Coordinator will handle a variety of moderately to highly complex administrative and physical duties related to shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
In this role, the Coordinator will ensure accuracy in inventory management by receiving and verifying incoming goods, maintaining detailed records, and working closely with inspection personnel to address any discrepancies or damages. The position involves physical tasks such as safely lifting items weighing up to 60 pounds and operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment. Additionally, the Coordinator will interpret engineering drawings and follow precise assembly or packaging instructions to prepare goods for shipment or production integration.
Detailed and compliant recordkeeping is essential, as the Coordinator will manage shipping records and ensure compliance with documentation standards. This role also includes inspecting, stocking, and distributing inventory materials within designated storage areas, as well as accurately entering data into inventory management systems to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. The successful candidate will be key to streamlining event supply logistics, supporting the team in delivering seamless medical events that ultimately contribute to patient care.
Stryker supports its employees with a robust benefits package including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance, along with critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance. Personalized healthcare support and wellbeing programs are available to promote overall health. Financial benefits include Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), a 401(k) plan, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and various insurance coverages such as basic life, AD&D, and short-term disability.
Joining Stryker means becoming part of a dynamic, innovative company that values your contributions and offers a supportive environment for career growth. This position not only provides competitive pay and benefits but also the opportunity to work in an industry dedicated to improving patient and healthcare outcomes on a global scale.
