Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of sports such as baseball, softball, soccer, football, lacrosse, basketball, and pickleball
- Experience in event settings
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Proven team member success
- Customer service, leadership, and organizational experience
- Action-oriented personality with efficiency focus
Job Duties
- Ensure correct equipment is available for games
- Properly set up all play areas
- Ensure games start on time and are scored accurately
- Monitor all game play areas including turf and courts
- Maintain and control trash in all park and building areas
- Monitor, maintain and service restrooms
- Communicate issues and updates to supervisor and team members
- Assist with coordination of BPR programming and events
- Assist other departments as necessary
- Complete special projects and daily assignments
- Greet guests and provide directions
- Provide courteous service to guests and staff
- Respond to incidents and complete necessary paperwork
- Enforce facility policies, procedures, and rules
