This role is for an Event Supervisor who will oversee event employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during events. The supervisor is responsible for delegating tasks, monitoring employee posts, and ensuring proper placement of equipment such as cones, barricades, and signs. A key part of the role involves safeguarding cash during select events and ensuring all staff understand and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate demonstrates independent decision-making skills, effective communication across diverse cultures, and a commitment to respect, responsibility, and continuous improvement. This position requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while standing for extended periods. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee event employees and ensure tasks and locations are delegated
  • Ensure that event staff under your supervision understand all SOPs pertaining to their duties and provide refresher training as necessary
  • Handle and safeguard cash before, during, and after select events, as required
  • Understand all relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) for event supervisors, cashiers, and parkers
  • Drop, move, and pick up parking equipment (cones, barricades, signs, etc.), as required
  • Monitor parking lots and employee posts to ensure proper operations
  • Clock in, clock out event employees
  • Other duties as assigned
