Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years operational experience in the parking or related industry including revenue control and reporting
  • Established experience in Microsoft Outlook
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in handling event operations and client relations

Job Duties

  • Provides direct supervision to the event staff assigned to locations within his/her area of responsibility
  • Ensures the event operations within his/her area of responsibility perform in accordance with company policy by ensuring each location is properly staffed, has required supplies and petty cash and follows set opening and closing procedures
  • Works with Event Manager and the client to ensure opportunities are maximized
  • Reviews event revenue collected and the associated paperwork and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness on a per event basis
  • Ensures all facilities within his/her area of responsibility operate in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage, internal audit scores and that front-line staff is professional, friendly and well versed in company policies and procedures
  • Coordinates all aspects of execution of all self-parking operations associated with non-typical one-off events
  • Ensures event staff members are performing lot security detail as outlined in the event staff job descriptions
  • Attends meetings with clients and other external stakeholders and responds to their requests on an as needed basis
