Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to read and analyze banquet event orders
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adherence to safety and security policies

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
- Analyze banquet event order to gather guest info and determine setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
- Adhere to company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets
- Welcome guests, anticipate needs, communicate professionally
- Physically stand, sit, walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
