Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to read and analyze banquet event orders
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adherence to safety and security policies

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
  • Analyze banquet event order to gather guest info and determine setup and timeline
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
  • Adhere to company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets
  • Welcome guests, anticipate needs, communicate professionally
  • Physically stand, sit, walk for extended periods
  • Move, lift, carry objects up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
