Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or event coordination
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent organizational abilities
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software
  • willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and assist guests with event-related inquiries
  • coordinate event details and ensure all materials and supplies are prepared
  • support site tours and assist with event setup logistics
  • maintain and organize event kits and supply areas
  • track event outcomes and update internal systems
  • send thoughtful follow-ups and thank-you messages to guests
  • create monthly summaries of event activity and guest feedback
  • be a welcoming presence for guests and a reliable resource for the team
