Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, with progressively increasing responsibilities in event management. Demonstrated experience in leading event planning efforts, overseeing logistics, and providing on-site event management and support. Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff in event planning or related roles. Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. CMP/CAE certification is a plus. Experience with CVENT, Attend, Eventbrite, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Google Drive, Basecamp, Smartsheets, or other cloud-based storage/communications is a plus.
