The role available is a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage position at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. This role is integral to ensuring that banquet events run smoothly and successfully. The candidate will work closely with group coordinators and hosts prior to receptions to facilitate introductions and confirm all arrangements are in place. Responsibilities include reading and analyzing banquet event orders to gather guest information, plan proper organization, timing, special guest needs, buffet setups, and food station placements. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude in attending to all special banquet preparations, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with protocols.

Safety and professionalism are core to this position. Employees must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promptly report maintenance or safety hazards, and complete required safety training and certifications. Job Requirements
