Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- no license or certification required
- ability to move, lift, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds unassisted
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to read and visually verify information
- ability to inspect tools or equipment for defects
- ability to reach above head and below knees and perform bends and twists
- ability to move in narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- ability to navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- ability to ascend and descend stairs and ramps
- ability to greet guests according to company standards
- ability to speak clearly and professionally and answer phones with proper etiquette
- willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- meet with group coordinators or hosts prior to reception for introductions and confirmation of arrangements
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and plan event organization
- attend to all special banquet event preparations and ensure compliance
- uphold company safety policies and promptly report any hazards
- maintain personal appearance and professional uniform standards
- protect company privacy and property
- support coworkers and contribute to team goals
- perform physical tasks including moving objects up to 25 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, maneuvering through confined or uneven spaces
- greet guests professionally and communicate effectively
