CROSSMARK is currently looking for dynamic and outgoing Events Specialist team members to join their product and events demonstration team. This role is focused on executing in-store food and product demonstrations that engage customers and promote the featured products effectively. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with the public and are seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity that leverages interpersonal skills. Events Specialists will be responsible for proactively engaging customers, performing suggestive selling, and providing excellent customer service during their in-store demonstrations. They will also have opportunities to conduct live cooking demonstrations, requiring comfort and proficiency in a public-facing role.

Team members in this role will work independently while managing their scheduled events with responsibility and professionalism. The role demands a reliable and organized approach, as well as the ability to stand comfortably for extended periods during events.
