Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Prior hospitality industry experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Represent FedEx Office as the onsite sales and support expert for event managers and key event participants
- Demonstrate consultative behaviors to deliver expert and friendly service
- Attend key department meetings, site visits, and planning meetings to present FXO products and services
- Act as primary relationship owner for Sales and Event Services teams within the host venue
- Ensure customer and host property satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
- Drive revenue by making sales calls on nearby hotels and convention facilities
- Share leads and follow up on complex job orders providing quotes and bids
