The Events Senior Coordinator position is a temp-to-perm opportunity that plays a crucial role in supporting high-impact client and internal events, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement initiatives. This role is structured around standard office hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or alternatively 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) with flexibility provided during event days to accommodate the dynamic nature of event execution.

In this role, the Events Senior Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and execution of various live events, webinars, and marketing campaigns. This includes logistical management such as venue sourcing, audiovisual support, catering arrangements, and event setup to ensure seamless execution. The coordinator will handle key aspects of attendee management including registration processes, attendee communications, and gathering feedback post-event to assess success and areas of improvement.

The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support targeted email campaigns and outreach, maintaining consistent brand messaging across CRM campaigns, social media platforms, and other communications channels. Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Cvent, the coordinator will track event performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure outreach effectiveness and event impact.

Driving event promotion is a critical part of the role, leveraging social media, public relations, and internal communication channels to maximize engagement and attendance. The Events Senior Coordinator will also assist senior stakeholders in coordinating invitations and communications, ensuring all events uphold the firm’s high standards and professional image.

In addition to event coordination, the position involves managing smaller projects independently, contributing to process improvements that enhance the team’s efficiency and the overall success of marketing and engagement efforts. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or marketing roles
  • Proficiency with CRM and event management software like Microsoft Dynamics and Cvent

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible hours especially during event days
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle complex logistical details

Job Qualifications
