Job Duties
- Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of multiple event programs ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Oversee event development processes including concept creation program design agenda development and logistics coordination
- Manage internal communications and work streams fostering strong collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders including internal business partners senior leadership and external agency partners
- Negotiate with internal and external partners to ensure strategic alignment optimal resource allocation and cost-effective solutions
- Track and report event ROI manage budgets and provide insights to optimize future programs
- Supervise agency partners vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain detailed project plans timelines and deliverables proactively addressing challenges and mitigating risks
- Support global and regional event initiatives
