The role of Event Operations Associate at Hayden Beverage Company is designed for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting high-energy local events, including Idaho Strikers FC home soccer matches, Boise State Broncos football games, and the Idaho Botanical Garden event series. This role involves various operational tasks critical to executing seamless event experiences. The primary focus is on product movement, setup, and overall event execution, both indoors and outdoors. Candidates will be responsible for setting up and merchandising products at event booths, maintaining inventory levels by verifying and restocking supplies, and supporting onsite operational needs as they arise.

In this physically demanding role, associates must practice safe lifting and material handling techniques, regularly lifting weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds, sometimes up to 158 pounds as part of a team. The role requires pushing and pulling hand trucks carrying up to 200 pounds, carrying supply containers multiple times per shift, and standing or walking for extended periods, often covering several miles. Physical agility and endurance are crucial as duties include frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing stairs while working in varying weather conditions.
