Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in events, experiential activations, digital marketing, and PR
- Restaurant industry or adjacent experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of current industry and popular culture trends
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments
- Willingness to travel up to 40%

- Experience working across departments including brand, design, or creative teams

Job Duties
- Oversee programs and events from conception to execution in the US targeted at both restaurant and diner audiences to shift perceptions
- Help create OpenTable's presence at external events to deepen industry relationships and promote the brand such as trade shows, food festivals, industry talks, and webinars
- Contribute to strategic planning for B2B and B2C events and programs to achieve company goals
- Execute on OpenTable's events strategy by coordinating with internal and external partners, developing timelines, gathering creative assets, and managing on-site execution for successful events
- Analyze results and report on event performance
- Work with the field, Product Marketing, and PR on field communications and restaurant participation in B2B webinars and speaking opportunities
- Oversee contracts, payments, and approvals process for vendors
