Bath Planet of Seattle is currently expanding its marketing efforts by building an Event Department designed to represent the brand at various shows, festivals, and home improvement events in-person. The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Marketing Manager to lead these efforts. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $800 to $1,200 per week plus commission, reflecting the importance and impact of the position.

As the Events Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing events, managing promotional booths, generating leads, and driving sales across Western Washington. This position involves hands-on leadership, requiring you to coordinate and execute event schedules, recruit and train a team of Event Demonstrators, and ensure that every event is staffed, safe, and effective in meeting sales goals. Your ability to engage with potential customers directly and represent the Bath Planet brand with enthusiasm and professionalism will be central to success. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, tracking productivity, labor, and budgets, and maintaining clear communication with company leadership and other departments.

This role is fast-paced and requires availability every weekend, as events are primarily held during this time. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with new people while maintaining strong organizational and leadership skills. If you have previous experience in team management, customer service, B2C marketing, and event promotion, you will thrive in this role. Additionally, possessing a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is necessary for travel to different event locations.

Job Duties

  • Book and secure events and shows for every weekend within your territory
  • plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your team
  • recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
  • ensure booths are safely set up, staffed, and taken down at every event
  • generate leads that translate into sales and measurable profit
  • maintain inventory, track productivity, labor, and budgets weekly
  • set clear goals for each event, week, and month, and ensure they are achieved
  • maintain open, regular, and timely communication with leadership and other departments
  • actively work events, engage with potential customers, and demonstrate Bath Planet products
