We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity available for an Events Marketing Manager at Bath Planet of Seattle. This role is integral to building and leading a new Event Department aimed at boosting brand presence and generating valuable customer leads across Western Washington. The Events Marketing Manager will have a base salary ranging from $800 to $1,200 per week, supplemented by commission incentives for leads and appointments generated, making the compensation package both competitive and rewarding.

In this pivotal position, you will be the driving force behind all event-related marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will personally book and secure events, plan and coordinate promotional activities, manage team members, and represent the brand at various in-person events, including shows, festivals, and home improvement expos. Your leadership will be key as you recruit, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators, ensuring high energy, professionalism, and outstanding customer engagement at every event.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full scope of event marketing management: from booking events every weekend, overseeing team schedules, maintaining inventory and budgets, to actively working events and demonstrating Bath Planet’s products to potential customers. You will set clear, measurable goals for leads and sales and ensure these targets are consistently achieved, contributing directly to the company’s growth strategy.

This role demands strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for engaging with people. You should be outgoing, approachable, and ready to stand for extended periods to represent the company at high-traffic events. Having a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is essential as your role will require consistent travel within Western Washington to various event locations. Basic computer literacy is also essential for handling administrative tasks and reporting.

Job Duties

  • Book and secure events and shows for every weekend within your territory
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
  • Ensure booths are safely set up, staffed, and taken down at every event
  • Generate leads that translate into sales and measurable profit
  • Maintain inventory, track productivity, labor, and budgets weekly
  • Set clear goals for each event, week, and month, and ensure they are achieved
  • Maintain open, regular, and timely communication with leadership and other departments
  • Actively work events, engage with potential customers, and demonstrate Bath Planet products
