In this full-time role, the Events Marketing Manager will be vital in representing Bath Planet at these in-person events. This position offers a base weekly salary ranging from $800 to $1,200, augmented by commission opportunities reflecting successful lead generation and appointments.
The Events Marketing Manager role is designed for a dynamic and outgoing individual who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of booking and securing a wide array of events spanning weekends across Western Washington, ensuring robust representation in the market. Additionally, the manager will oversee the entire execution process, from planning and coordinating event schedules to leading a team onsite. Recruiting, training, and mentoring a group of Event Demonstrators will form a significant part of this role, ensuring that the team performs efficiently and professionally at every occasion.
A key focus will be on generating leads that convert into sales, tracking productivity, managing labor and budget metrics, and setting clear, attainable goals for each event, week, and month. Strong communication skills are essential, as the manager must maintain consistent contact with company leadership and collaborate across departments to maximize results. Active participation in events, engaging with potential customers, and demonstrating Bath Planet’s products will also be integral responsibilities.

Job Duties
- Book and secure events and shows for every weekend within your territory
- plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your team
- recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
- ensure booths are safely set up, staffed, and taken down at every event
- generate leads that translate into sales and measurable profit
- maintain inventory, track productivity, labor, and budgets weekly
- set clear goals for each event, week, and month, and ensure they are achieved
- maintain open, regular, and timely communication with leadership and other departments
- actively work events, engage with potential customers, and demonstrate Bath Planet products
