The company is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Events, Marketing & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead marketing initiatives, and coordinate exceptional events across both its Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale sites. This full-time role, with an annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience, demands a highly organized, creative, and motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at both locations while driving outreach efforts to maximize bookings, enhance brand visibility, and foster long-term relationships with clients and vendors.

The Events, Marketing & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall guest experience by ensuring events are flawlessly executed, staff is expertly managed, and marketing campaigns effectively reach target audiences. Responsibilities will include supervising staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, managing vendors and inventory, and coordinating staffing and training with human resources. Additionally, the role involves planning and managing all types of events, including children’s birthday parties, private functions, and corporate or community engagements, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
On the marketing front, the manager will develop and implement campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and local partnerships. Success in this role requires meticulous tracking of analytics to measure engagement, sales, and return on investment to continuously improve marketing strategies. The position also offers opportunities for career growth, including potential promotion to a Director-level position within 3 to 6 months based on performance. Flexible scheduling is also a critical component, requiring availability for occasional evenings or weekends to support events, while generally maintaining Sundays off unless needed for major company functions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or business operations
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel between Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale sites
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or business operations (multi-site experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media marketing platforms
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (travel between sites)
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of both Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale locations
- Supervise event and support staff to maintain excellence in service and presentation
- Ensure both sites meet safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards
- Manage vendor relations, inventory, and site scheduling
- Coordinate staffing and training with HR and leadership
- Plan, organize, and execute all internal and external events, including birthday parties, private rentals, and corporate or community events
- Manage event budgets, logistics, decor, and vendor coordination
- Develop new event offerings and themed programs to attract guests
- Oversee the event booking process and ensure client satisfaction
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local partnerships
- Increase bookings through promotions, outreach, and community partnerships
- Track analytics to measure engagement, sales, and ROI on campaigns
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing design, flyers, and event promotion
