The Events Manager role at TD Garden is a dynamic, full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $65,300 to $88,200 annually, with additional incentives including an uncapped sales incentive plan or an annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance. The role demands a high level of coordination and communication as the Events Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients, promoters, production teams, various internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to ensure flawless event execution. The position plays a critical role in maintaining event standards, managing operational logistics, and supporting the financial oversight of events. Responsibilities include developing detailed event documentation to communicate operational requirements, managing service contracts, negotiating vendor agreements, and assisting in budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.

Job Duties

  • Serve as liaison between client, promoter, production and facility on all assigned events
  • Serve as liaison to all contractors, outside resources and departments as needed for assigned events
  • Provide staffing levels for all contractors and departments needed for assigned event
  • Provide documentation and ensure correct billing from contractors for the settlement of all assigned events in a timely manner
  • Participate in event planning meetings for other departments as required
  • Develop and create event documents to communicate with all departments regarding operational needs and ensure that all requirements of the technical rider are met for all assigned events
  • Manage execution of outside service contracts for applicable areas relating to events as required
  • Negotiate supplier and vendor contracts as required
  • Develop and maintain post event summary and correspondence
  • Assist in the process and tracking of the operations budget including the reconciliation of invoices, report processing and recommendations
  • Assist as required at internal building events
  • Conduct building tours
  • Provide cost estimates for events as required
  • Other duties as assigned
