Job Requirements

  • Must live within a 30-minute commute of both Downtown San Diego and Chula Vista
  • Comfortable with early morning load-ins and late-night event coverage
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Client-facing experience
  • Experience in event operations and vendor management

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience managing events, clients, and vendors
  • Proven track record of executing complex programs
  • Highly organized, team-oriented, and proactive
  • Passionate about delivering great service and memorable experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead all operational aspects of assigned programs to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction
  • Manage all vendor relationships and ensure proper vetting through our procurement process
  • Oversee event staff on-site and provide proactive training and communication in advance
  • Collaborate with hotels and venues to ensure a seamless partnership between Access and the client
  • Manage program budgets and aim to meet or exceed gross profit goals
  • Own all program documentation including the Statement of Work, deposit requests, and final invoicing
  • Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience
  • Maintain Salesforce records related to programs and vendors
  • Track KPIs and ensure goals are consistently met
