Job Requirements
- Must live within a 30-minute commute of both Downtown San Diego and Chula Vista
- Comfortable with early morning load-ins and late-night event coverage
- Flexible scheduling
- Client-facing experience
- Experience in event operations and vendor management
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience managing events, clients, and vendors
- Proven track record of executing complex programs
- Highly organized, team-oriented, and proactive
- Passionate about delivering great service and memorable experiences
Job Duties
- Lead all operational aspects of assigned programs to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction
- Manage all vendor relationships and ensure proper vetting through our procurement process
- Oversee event staff on-site and provide proactive training and communication in advance
- Collaborate with hotels and venues to ensure a seamless partnership between Access and the client
- Manage program budgets and aim to meet or exceed gross profit goals
- Own all program documentation including the Statement of Work, deposit requests, and final invoicing
- Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain Salesforce records related to programs and vendors
- Track KPIs and ensure goals are consistently met
