Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing events
- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and event staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar database management tools
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically
- Comfortable negotiating contracts and managing financial documents

- Demonstrated success in planning and executing events
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented
- Strong organization and time management skills
Job Duties
- Provide operational solutions to clients, always looking for improvements and efficiencies
- Manage all vendors required for a program
- Own the Statement of Work, deposit requests, and final invoicing
- Manage assigned event staff during events and prepare staff prior to events to ensure operational excellence
- Upsell services to improve the client experience
- Own the budget to achieve gross profit goals
- Connect with hotel conference service managers and onsite staff for seamless client partnership
- Manage Salesforce database for ASOs and vendor information
- Ensure that KPIs and Key Results are measured and met
