Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing events
  • Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and event staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar database management tools
  • Ability to work both strategically and tactically
  • Comfortable negotiating contracts and managing financial documents

  • 2 to 5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing events
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Provide operational solutions to clients, always looking for improvements and efficiencies
  • Manage all vendors required for a program
  • Own the Statement of Work, deposit requests, and final invoicing
  • Manage assigned event staff during events and prepare staff prior to events to ensure operational excellence
  • Upsell services to improve the client experience
  • Own the budget to achieve gross profit goals
  • Connect with hotel conference service managers and onsite staff for seamless client partnership
  • Manage Salesforce database for ASOs and vendor information
  • Ensure that KPIs and Key Results are measured and met
