Job Description
Duetto is a leading technology company specializing in revenue management software tailored specifically for the hospitality industry. Established in 2012 by former executives from Wynn Resorts, Duetto has rapidly evolved into the hospitality sector's foremost revenue management platform. The company offers an innovative suite of tools called the Revenue & Profit Operating System, which includes GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, and Advance, among others. Unlike traditional room pricing systems, Duetto's platform provides hoteliers, resorts, and casinos with a comprehensive understanding of their revenue streams and profitability. With clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to large global chains, Duetto has garnered numerous accolades, including being named the number one Revenue Management Software by the HotelTechAwards for four consecutive years and recognized as the number one Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, the company is accelerating its investment in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to further enhance its product offerings and maintain its position as a market leader in hospitality technology.
The role of Events Manager at Duetto is pivotal in driving the company’s external presence and internal engagement through a meticulously curated global events program. This position involves end-to-end ownership of event management, from planning and coordinating logistics to delivering meaningful attendee experiences. The Events Manager will oversee key events including Duetto's flagship annual thought leadership summit, Perform, as well as various industry trade shows and internal offsite meetings. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, this role demands exceptional organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a proactive approach to communication and execution. The Events Manager will be responsible for managing everything from event registration, attendee communication, and housing logistics to on-site event execution and post-event analysis, ensuring each event reflects Duetto’s brand ethos and hospitality-driven culture.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about events and hospitality to have significant impact within a fast-paced, innovative, and globally distributed environment. Duetto emphasizes a warm and collaborative working culture influenced by its roots in the hospitality industry, and the role is designed to embody this spirit both on-site and throughout the event journey. The position offers flexibility with remote work but requires the ability to work primarily within Eastern Time Zone hours, with potential travel within the United States, United Kingdom, or Spain. The Events Manager will have access to advanced productivity and AI tools, including platforms such as Claude and HubSpot, facilitating smarter workflows and creative event planning. This role not only demands excellent event coordination skills but also a passion for creating impactful, branded experiences that engage customers and colleagues alike. Working at Duetto means contributing to a company that values innovative technology, excellent service, and an inclusive, supportive work environment that has earned it recognition as a top employer in the industry.
