Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications event management business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event management trade shows or event marketing B2B preferred
- Strong skills in logistics vendor coordination and project management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing sales and external partners
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
- Able to work independently and follow up proactively
- Experience working with sales teams technical teams vendors partners and event organizers is a plus
- Experience with event budgeting sponsor exhibitor coordination ticketing strategy event revenue tracking and post-event ROI reporting is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications event management business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event management trade shows or event marketing B2B preferred
- Proven ability to manage events from planning through execution and post-event reporting
- Strong skills in logistics vendor coordination and project management
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing sales and external partners
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
- Experience working with sales teams technical teams vendors partners and event organizers is a plus
- Experience with event budgeting sponsor exhibitor coordination ticketing strategy event revenue tracking and post-event ROI reporting is a plus
- Knowledge of website updates email marketing CRM systems HubSpot WordPress paid media analytics or event apps is a plus
- Experience in technology aviation drones robotics public safety agriculture or related industries is a plus
Job Duties
- Plan and execute all events end-to-end including logistics timelines vendors and on-site delivery
- Own the company’s flagship event including registration sponsors exhibitors pricing strategy and attendee experience
- Coordinate trade shows and partner events managing booths materials travel and lead capture
- Plan and execute multi-city roadshows aligned to key business verticals such as public safety agriculture and facilities management
- Partner with marketing to support event promotion across email social paid media and web
- Ensure accurate event information across websites apps and promotional materials
- Track budgets expenses revenue and event performance leads pipeline ROI
- Build and improve scalable processes documentation and event operations
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams vendors and partners
