The company is now seeking an Events Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and lead a dynamic Event Department and a team of Demonstrators. The Events Marketing Manager will play a critical role in increasing brand visibility, generating new leads, and driving sales by expertly managing promotional booths at weekend events that draw significant community attention.

In this role, the Events Marketing Manager will be entrusted with building a motivated and effective team of Demonstrators, ensuring all promotional events are executed flawlessly, and meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently. Leadership and team-building skills are vital, as the manager will recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise event staff. Additionally, this position requires strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules, maintain budgets, track inventory, and report on productivity metrics.
