Job Duties

Find and book new shows and events within the designated territory to demonstrate products
Generate leads that convert to sales and profit from event booths
Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the team of Event Demonstrators
Ensure safe setup and removal of promotional booths at every event
Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for events and team members
Maintain, track, and report department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly
Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
Maintain open, regular communication with supervision and other departments
