In this role, the Events Marketing Manager will be entrusted with building a motivated and effective team of Demonstrators, ensuring all promotional events are executed flawlessly, and meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently. Leadership and team-building skills are vital, as the manager will recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise event staff. Additionally, this position requires strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules, maintain budgets, track inventory, and report on productivity metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer engagement, and a hands-on approach to marketing and sales. They must be comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of handling the physical demands of setting up and dismantling event booths. A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are essential since the role involves frequent travel to local events.

Job Duties
- Find and book new shows and events within the designated territory to demonstrate products
- Generate leads that convert to sales and profit from event booths
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the team of Event Demonstrators
- Ensure safe setup and removal of promotional booths at every event
- Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for events and team members
- Maintain, track, and report department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly
- Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
- Maintain open, regular communication with supervision and other departments
