Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, promotions, or event management
- strong track record of delivering measurable results in fast paced environment
- ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet sales targets
- reliable and available to attend events and trainings and can work during weekends
- own transportation is a plus especially for events located 30-40 miles away

Job Duties
- Exceeding appointments and demos
- supervise and coordinate a team of event promoters during local home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and community gatherings
- problem solving
- track and analyze key performance indicators (KPI)
- manage appointments per hour
- manage demos per hour
- achieve sales targets
- monitor and manage booth setup, presentation quality, and customer engagement
- report event performance, sales, and customer leads to management
- provide on-the-spot guidance and problem-solving during events
