We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Events Manager to join our full-time team. This role offers a base salary plus overrides, with compensation ranging from $72,000 to over $250,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the position in driving our brand's presence and sales at community and industry events. As an Events Manager, you will be pivotal in orchestrating our participation in local home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and other community gatherings. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics, team operations, and customer engagements run smoothly and successfully.

This position demands a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team of event promoters. You will be responsible for overseeing event setups, ensuring presentation standards, and actively engaging with attendees to generate leads that translate into appointments and sales. Your role also involves tracking key performance indicators such as appointments and demos per hour and overall sales results. Problem-solving on the spot will be a critical skill, as you will need to respond to unforeseen challenges during events promptly.
