Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate event experience with focus on live events
- demonstrated experience supporting or managing a portfolio of 5+ recurring complex in-person events per year
- proven experience owning event budgets and vendor contracts, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing spend against targets
- proficiency in microsoft office suite, sharepoint, and collaboration tools
- proficiency with core event and marketing tools such as an event platform (for example, cvent, stova)
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- ability and willingness to travel regularly for events
- cmp or similar certification is a plus
- commercial real estate industry knowledge is a plus
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- ability and willingness to travel regularly for events (approximately 25-30 percent during peak seasons) and work occasional evenings and weekends based on the event calendar
- cmp or similar certification is a plus
- commercial real estate industry knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- support the planning and execution of corporate events, client programs, exhibitions, and sponsorship activations
- coordinate event logistics including venue research, catering, transportation, activities, branding, AV needs, and on-site support
- assist in developing event timelines, production schedules, and team checklists
- ensure event plans align with brand guidelines and broader marketing initiatives
- manage day-to-day event tasks including registration setup, attendee communications, staffing schedules, and vendor coordination
- support tradeshow preparation including booth logistics, collateral needs, applications, and compliance documentation
- manage and execute event collateral production, branded merchandise, signage, and shipments
