With a robust presence across the Americas, Cushman & Wakefield continues to set industry standards through its expertise in commercial real estate, catering to a diverse range of clients including investors, occupiers, and developers. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative environment where professionals are empowered to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive business growth. By leveraging advanced technology and a client-centric approach, Cushman & Wakefield consistently delivers value and insights that help shape the future of real estate on a global scale. As a major player in the commercial real estate sector, Cushman & Wakefield offers opportunities that attract talent committed to professional growth, inclusivity, and operational excellence.
The role of Events Manager at Cushman & Wakefield is a pivotal position focused on supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of live events across the Americas. This includes hybrid and virtual events tailored to meet the company’s strategic marketing and business development goals. The Events Manager works closely with marketing teams and business stakeholders to ensure all events align perfectly with Cushman & Wakefield's brand standards while driving engagement and reinforcing client relationships. This role demands an organized, detail-oriented professional with expertise in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and delivering seamless, high-quality attendee experiences.
As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating corporate events, client programs, exhibitions, and sponsorship activations from conception through completion. You will coordinate multi-faceted logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, and on-site event support, ensuring every event adheres to the company's brand and marketing initiatives. This position requires robust project management skills to develop event timelines, production schedules, and team checklists while overseeing day-to-day event execution tasks including registrations, communications, staffing, and vendor management.
Budget management and vendor relations are at the core of this role, requiring proficiency in managing event budgets, processing purchase orders, and securing vendor contracts. You will utilize event management and communication platforms like Cvent, Stova, and Microsoft Teams to streamline operations and maintain event documentation. The position also involves significant collaboration with internal teams such as corporate marketing and business development to ensure cohesive event delivery. Additionally, supporting post-event analysis, gathering attendee feedback, and identifying areas for continuous improvement will be integral to driving future event success.
Cushman & Wakefield values candidates who bring strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to travel regularly during peak event seasons. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $81,600 to $96,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role also provides a variety of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about event management and commercial real estate to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
