Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, promotions, or event management
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and attend training sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have own transportation or reliable means to travel to events located 30-40 miles away
- Ability to multitask and manage event logistics
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, promotions, or event management
- Strong track record of delivering measurable results in fast paced environment
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet sales targets
- Must be reliable and available to attend events and trainings
- Must be able to work weekends
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Event Promoters during local home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and community gatherings
- Monitor and manage booth setup, presentation quality, and customer engagement
- Plan and execute events from beginning to end ensuring seamless operation
- Report event performance, sales, and customer leads to management
- Provide on-the-spot guidance and problem-solving during events
- Exceed appointments and demos
- Generate leads for the in-home sales team
