The company is currently seeking a full-time Events Manager to join their growing team. This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $72,000 to $250,000, including base pay and overrides, providing ample opportunity for motivated individuals to earn based on performance. The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the company’s presence at various local events such as home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and community gatherings. In this role, the Event Manager will actively manage event activities, supervise a team of Event Promoters, and interact with the public to generate valuable leads for the in-home sales team.
