The Events Marketing Manager position at Bathing Solutions is a pivotal role designed for a motivated and results-driven professional who will lead the Event Department and a team of Demonstrators. This managerial position focuses on the strategic development, management, and leadership of in-person marketing efforts at regional events, including shows, fairs, and festivals that attract widespread community attention. The primary goal is to generate new prospective customers by marketing and selling Bathing Solutions products and services directly to the public through engaging promotional booths.

As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with identifying, booking, and overseeing participation in numerous events across Riverside County each weekend. Your leadership will extend to recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, and managing a dedicated team of Event Demonstrators, ensuring your team delivers an exceptional in-person brand experience. The role requires strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules, maintain the inventory and budget, and consistently report on departmental productivity and labor costs. You will also be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals for each event, week, and month, ensuring that the department thrives and contributes to the company’s overall success.

This position demands excellent communication skills to maintain open and regular channels with supervising staff and other departments within Bathing Solutions. Safety and professionalism are paramount, so you must ensure that all promotional booths are properly set up and dismantled before and after each event. The Events Marketing Manager will enjoy a flexible working environment, with an option to work from home or the office, and a competitive pay structure comprising a base salary of $800 to $1,200 per week plus commission. Job Duties

  • Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in
  • Generate leads that generate sales and profit from these show and event booths
  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators who work alongside you
  • Ensure these promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for you, your events, and your team
  • Weekly maintain, track, and report your department's productivity, labor, inventory, and budget
  • Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
  • Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments
