Bathing Solutions is currently seeking an Events Marketing Manager, a dynamic leadership role designed for a proactive individual ready to develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and a team of Demonstrators. This role is pivotal in promoting the company’s home improvement brand through live, in-person showings at various events across Riverside County. The Events Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading outreach efforts at local trade shows, fairs, and festivals — the very events that attract significant community attention and foot traffic. The successful candidate will lead a team tasked with generating new prospective customers by showcasing Bathing Solutions’ range of products and services in a hands-on environment.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $800 to $1,200 per week, supplemented by commission incentives that reward outstanding performance and sales achievements. This combination of steady pay and potential bonuses reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and compensating motivated, results-driven individuals.
As the Events Marketing Manager, the role involves more than just event coordination; it requires visionary leadership and practical execution skills. Key responsibilities include finding and booking new events to attend on weekends, ensuring consistent brand visibility and customer engagement. The manager will recruit, hire, and train new Demonstrators, fostering a motivated, knowledgeable, and effective team capable of maximizing event success.
