Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 4+ years of experience managing events in a corporate or B2B setting
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Strong vendor management skills
- Expertise in event tech platforms project management tools and CRM systems
- Excellent communication presentation and time management skills
- Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours around event timelines

Job Duties
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of key events including budget management logistics staffing and follow-up
- Lead strategy for event programming branding and audience experience
- Develop event briefs and goals in partnership with stakeholders across departments
- Manage external vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality results
- Analyze event performance metrics and use data to optimize future events
- Oversee team inventory management including swag internal store fulfillment and tradeshow collateral needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies branding guidelines and accessibility standards
- Partner with marketing teams to promote events via digital channels social media and email
