Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years of experience managing events in a corporate or B2B setting
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Expertise in event tech platforms project management tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication presentation and time management skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours around event timelines

Job Duties

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of key events including budget management logistics staffing and follow-up
  • Lead strategy for event programming branding and audience experience
  • Develop event briefs and goals in partnership with stakeholders across departments
  • Manage external vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality results
  • Analyze event performance metrics and use data to optimize future events
  • Oversee team inventory management including swag internal store fulfillment and tradeshow collateral needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies branding guidelines and accessibility standards
  • Partner with marketing teams to promote events via digital channels social media and email
